Andrew Barnett

Andrew “Barney” Barnett is one of Australia’s funniest, most sought-after stand-up comedians, writers, and broadcasters. Armed with a lightning-fast mind and effortless charm, Barney has stormed stages across Australia and New Zealand, earning rave reviews – including The Daily Telegraph dubbing his Sydney Fringe production a “knockout show.”

A powerhouse in sports comedy and an exceptional corporate entertainer, Barney is as comfortable commanding major events and company functions as he is on television. He’s been a fan-favourite on Fox League and Fox Cricket, having co-created and hosted late-night hits like The Night Watchmen, The Professor’s Late Hit, and the beloved Not The NRL News segment on Sunday Night with Matty Johns.

When he’s not performing in comedy festivals from Sydney to Melbourne, you can catch him co-hosting Not Another F#ing Rugby League Podcast or lighting up the airwaves across NSW and QLD on SEN Radio. Fast, clever, and endlessly relatable, Barney delivers non-stop laughs everywhere he goes.
